Vejledning til opgaverne og skabelon
Den samlede eksaminationstid for opgave 1-5 er 5 timer. Besvarelsen bedømmes som en helhed ud fra de faglige mål for niveauet. Der lægges vægt på beherskelse af det engelske sprog, forståelse af forlægget og færdighed i skriftlig fremstilling på engelsk.
Skriv din besvarelse i skabelonen, som ligger under Toolbox i menuen til venstre. Besvarelsen afleveres i ét dokument med opgaverne i rækkefølgen 1-5.

Alle hjælpemidler må benyttes til besvarelse af opgavesættet. Kommunikation med omverdenen er ikke tilladt.

Opgave 4
Du arbejder for VisitLondon, som netop har købt et stort parti el-løbehjul til guidede ture i storbyen. Det viser sig nu, at batteriets kapacitet ikke lever op til specifikationerne. Flere turister har oplevet, at løbehjulenes batteri er løbet tør for strøm efter en halv time. De har klaget til VisitLondon. Derfor skriver du nu til leverandøren MoveSmart og forklarer problemet samt foreslår en løsning.
